AI policy
Due to the prevalence of artificial intelligence (AI) emulation of voices, video footage, etc. I am stating here my thoughts and my policy on AI tools and emulation.
I do think that AI voice, image, and text generation has its place and its use. When it is used as a tool for a human worker or a means of aggregating information, like a search engine, it can be very beneficial. I've personally used ChatGPT to workshop ideas for events to run in a D&D campaign and to organize my thoughts for early drafts of papers in college (but not later drafts, those I wrote manually). It's also fun to see memes emerge through the use of AI tools, like making the dwarves from Deep Rock Galactic sing Diggy Diggy HoleThat is all good and fun.
Theft is not.My voice belongs to me. My face belongs to me. I do not give permission for the use of my image, likeness, voice, or other identifying features to be used for training AI programs, for emulation or reproduction via AI or other means, or to be fed into an AI program or database of any variety without my explicit written consent.
And, when I say written, I mean written by me. This policy takes precedence over any contract or other agreement. While I have a habit of looking carefully at contracts, in the event that I miss a stipulation that would give away such permission, it is to be considered secondary to this policy for any and all legal, contractual, or other purposes.
By employing my services or obtaining recordings of my voice or likeness, you agree to this policy. No exceptions.
Violators will be prosecuted in a court of law.If you believe your cause for emulation of my likeness or voice is valid, or you're looking to make a meme, you can reach out via the Contact button above, or the email button below. I make no guarantees that I will agree with you, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
That can't be right...
Whoops! Looks like that link doesn't lead anywhere yet.No worries! I'm constantly making new demos and bringing more features to my website. There's a lot to do and only 24 hours each day.Man, I sure wish I had a time turner from Harry Potter...Feel free to check back later and see if that feature has been finished. If not, I promise I'll be getting it soon!Anyway, here's a handy link back to the homepage.
Thanks for stopping by!

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Simple, convenient, and reliable.
